The Compass 교제는 순장(셀장, 리더)들이 순모임(셀모임, 소그룹)을 잘 이끌어 갈 수 있도록 훈련시킬수 있도록 돕는 교제 입니다. 이 교제를 통하여 리더가 어떻게 모임을 하나님 말씀안에서 이끌어 갈수 있을지를 배우게 됩니다.
